Beautiful Fall Skin

Hello beautifuls!


We all have our routines in our day to day lives. I personally feel that fall brings them back into focus after the summer’s baba cool vibes. And I love getting that constructive routine back on, but often more than not, we are so busy getting everything “in line”, we don’t take the time for our skin, which, with each seasonal changes, can suffer a lot.



I have always found it a bit tricky to know when to change your beauty routine from the summer to the fall. You want the transition to be fluid, but is it really ever? You look good, your skin still has that summer glow to it, so you don’t really think about the effect that going from one season to another can do to it. So how can we avoid the pitfalls of misunderstood skin or should I just say, bad skin?


I follow 3 basic factors, which help me enormously to maintain healthy & good looking skin.


· Have a skin / facial expert & consult regularly!

Every beauty expert will say the same thing. You need a good skin expert for whom you see regularly. And the transition between seasons is a time where it is primordial! Not only will she/he help you re-balance you skin from all the changes, (beach to the urban life, stress etc.), they will help you learn how to get your own skin back on track and prepared for the seasons.



· Listen to your skin!

It took me some time to learn to listen to what my body is telling me, especially my skin. For example, you might be using a serum or a cream that has always worked for you, but for some reason ,lately it has not been giving you the same results that you liked so much. That’s a sign, that it is not what your skin needs at this time. It's Time for a change.


· Don’t double up!

The day beauty routine that works is NOT at all the same that you should be using at night.

You skin needs hydration & protection for the day & at night it needs products that helps it repair itself & recuperates while you sleep.


For some, these factors might not seem much, but I guarantee that if you follow these guidelines, it will make all the difference to your skin. And we all know that when we have glowing, healthy skin, we feel more confident and beautiful. So, please take time for yourself & your skin! I promise you won’t regret it!
